I started MemoPaw with a simple belief: the love we share with a pet deserves to be remembered in a personal and meaningful way.
Pets become part of our everyday routines. They wait beside the door, appear in our family photos, recognize the sound of their favorite treat, and quietly make an ordinary space feel like home.
But when I looked for pet keepsakes, I noticed that many choices felt generic, impersonal, or limited to only dogs and cats. Small pets, birds, reptiles, and other unique companions were often overlooked.
I wanted MemoPaw to feel different.
It should be a place where every pet parent feels seen, whether they are celebrating a pet who is still beside them, marking a special milestone, or remembering a companion they deeply miss.

Different keepsakes require different processes.
Depending on the product, creating your piece may involve photo preparation, digital layout, printing, engraving, carving, sculpting, hand-painting, hand-finishing, sewing, or careful assembly.
We do not believe that trust should depend on vague claims about how something is made.

Some custom products may show small variations in brushwork, carving, coloring, texture, shape, or finish. These natural differences are part of the character of individually created and hand-finished pieces.
How Customization Works
1. Choose Your Keepsake
Select the product, material, and style that best fits your pet, your home, or the memory you would like to preserve.
Please review the product description carefully, as customization options and production methods differ between products.
2. Upload Your Pet’s Photos
Clear, well-lit photographs help us understand your pet’s coloring, markings, expression, and individual features.
For many products, a front-facing photo taken at your pet’s eye level works best. Additional angles may be helpful for sculpted, carved, or three-dimensional pieces.
Photos do not need to be professionally taken. When possible, avoid heavy filters, strong shadows, covered facial features, or very distant images.
3. Review Your Design Preview
For custom products that include a preview, we usually send the first design by email within 1–2 business days after receiving the necessary photos and order information.
You may request revisions based on the original photos and customization options selected with your order.
Please review and reply to your preview promptly so that we can keep your order moving according to schedule.
4. Production Begins
After the design stage is complete, your keepsake enters production.
Production time depends on the product, materials, level of detail, and season. Simple printed or engraved products may require less time, while hand-painted, carved, sculpted, or layered artwork may take several weeks.
The estimated production time is shown on each product page.
5. Your Order Is Carefully Packed and Shipped
Once your keepsake is complete, it is checked, carefully packed, and prepared for delivery.
Tracking information is sent by email when the order ships.

When ordering for an unusual or exotic pet, you are welcome to send us additional photos and notes about the features that matter most to you.
Clear Product Information
We carefully explain what is included with each product.
Props used in lifestyle photography—such as flowers, candles, frames, trays, display stands, or other decorations—are not included unless the product description specifically says they are.
Tracked Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking.
Standard shipping is $8, and orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping options may be available during checkout or by contacting us.
Delivery times begin after production is complete.
