Shipping policy
At Memopaw, we are dedicated to capturing the unique spirit of your companion. Because our treasures—from wool felt to leather engraving—are handcrafted by artisans, our process ensures quality through careful creation and secure delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
A.Customized Products
Preview Creation
After an order is placed, our artisans will prepare a preview of your customized product within 1–2 business days.
Preview images will be sent to the email address provided at checkout for confirmation before final production begins.
48-Hour Approval Window
Customers must review and respond to the preview within 48 hours with either:
- approval confirmation, or
- requested revisions based on the original submitted photos.
If no response is received within 48 hours, the design will be considered approved automatically, and production will proceed to avoid shipping delays.
Unlimited Revisions Before Shipment
We offer unlimited revisions before shipment based on the original customization request.
Once:
- the approval period expires, or
- the order has been shipped,
further modifications cannot be made.
Production Time for Customized Orders
Because each item is handmade, production times vary depending on seasonal demand.
Off-Season Production
- Approximately 3–4 weeks (business days excluded) before shipment.
Peak-Season Production
- Approximately 5–6 weeks (business days excluded) before shipment.
Special Custom Orders
Highly detailed or special customization requests may require additional production time.
Please note:
- Production time refers to the crafting period before dispatch.
- Shipping transit time is separate.
- Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
B.In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Products
For non-customized items:
- Order processing time is approximately 3–4 business days before shipment.
Business days refer to Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods, Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
We currently ship to customers worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
A. Standard Shipping

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD $100.00 (after discounts and before taxes, where applicable).
Estimated Delivery Time
- Approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.
Shipping Method
Standard shipping may be handled by:

- YunExpress,
- 4PX,
- or equivalent logistics partners depending on destination country.
B. Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL)

Shipping Method
Express orders are shipped through:
- FedEx,
- DHL,
- UPS,
- or other equivalent international express couriers.
Customers requiring expedited delivery must select Express Shipping during checkout.
3. Shipping Regions
Memopaw currently ships to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
- European Union countries
- Asia-Pacific regions
However, shipping may not be available to certain remote areas, restricted regions, or countries affected by customs limitations or carrier restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will contact you promptly.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT/GST,
- or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:
- not included in product or shipping prices,
- and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Memopaw is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
5. Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Memopaw is not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs inspections,
- carrier disruptions,
- severe weather,
- public holidays,
- strikes,
- or other events beyond our control.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, additional delays may occur.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting an order.
Memopaw is not liable for:
- failed deliveries,
- lost packages,
- or delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has started.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
Please allow:
- 1–2 business days for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Memopaw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the shipping carrier where possible.
