More Than a Likeness on the Wall

There is no machine-generated portrait beneath the surface. An artisan selects, cuts, presses, carves, models and paints the leather by hand, gradually giving the face height and expression. Every groove, contour and stroke belongs to that individual commission, so small differences are part of the artwork rather than defects.

Your first preview is normally sent within 1–2 business days. Following approval, the studio generally requires 4–5 weeks to complete the artwork; peak periods and complex portraits may take 5–6 weeks. Delivery time comes afterward. Please count back from any birthday, memorial date or holiday before placing the order.

Display and Care

Display indoors, away from moisture, radiators, strong sunlight and sudden temperature changes. Keep perfume, alcohol, oils and cleaning sprays away from the portrait. Use a soft dry brush for light dust; never soak or scrub the surface.

Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 4–5 weeks during regular seasons and 5–6 weeks during peak seasons before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Complex requests, changes to the original photo, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.

The first preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days, while a small number of products may require 2–3 business days. Please follow the timeline shown on the individual product page.

You may request revisions before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview; otherwise, it will be considered automatically approved and production may begin.

Before preview approval, you may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

After shipment, custom products that match the approved preview are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference.

I burst into tears when I opened this. It’s so lifelike it feels like she’s right there.
