Room for Your Pet Family

Portrait options include one, two, three or four pets, with no restriction on breed or species. Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles and mixed-species families are all welcome.

For a special pet count or an arrangement not listed, email us or leave a message with customer support at any time to discuss a suitable size, layout and any additional cost.

Handmade artwork cannot reproduce every photographic detail with 100% accuracy. Fine hairs, tiny markings and subtle highlights may be simplified; natural variations in brushwork and color make each painting individual.

Care Instructions

Display indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Handle by the frame. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth and the painting lightly with a soft, dry brush. Do not use water, wet wipes, alcohol or cleaning sprays.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which size should I choose if facial detail matters most?

A larger painting gives the artist more room for eyes, expression and markings. For several pets, prioritize a larger size and a close-up composition. A small painting with full bodies or a busy background leaves less space for each face.

Can you work from an old or blurry photo?

Email us or message customer support so we can assess it before you order. Missing or unclear features cannot be reliably recreated from that photo alone. Additional photos may help clarify markings and expression, even if they show a different pose.

Is a frame included, and are these the outside-frame dimensions?

A wooden frame is included, with five frame styles available. The listed sizes do not clearly distinguish the canvas from the outside frame. If the painting must fit a particular shelf or space, contact us for the exact measurements of your chosen option.
Customization Process & Timeline

After placing your order, upload a clear photo and include any important notes about your pet’s markings, expression, colors, or other details. Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 4–5 weeks during regular seasons and 5–6 weeks during peak seasons before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Complex requests, changes to the original photo, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

What kind of photo works best?

Upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo showing your pet’s face, eyes, ears, and important markings. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, strong shadows, and cropped features. Additional angles may help with sculpted or three-dimensional products.

Do you only create products for cats and dogs?

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.
Will I see a preview before production?

The first preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days, while a small number of products may require 2–3 business days. Please follow the timeline shown on the individual product page.

You may request revisions before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview; otherwise, it will be considered automatically approved and production may begin.
What is the return and cancellation policy for custom products?

Before preview approval, you may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee. 

After preview approval, or automatic approval after 48 hours, cancellations requested before shipment are subject to a 25% production fee.

After shipment, custom products that match the approved preview are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference.

What if I am not satisfied when my order arrives?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved preview, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate. Minor handmade variations, small color differences, and issues caused by an approved low-quality photo are not normally considered defects. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
