No 3D printing or molded plastic is used. Each vegetable-tanned leather portrait is cut, carved, tooled, shaped, painted, stitched and assembled by hand. “3D” describes the raised relief created through hand shaping, giving the face depth while preserving distinctive markings and expression.

Dogs and cats are welcome, along with rabbits, birds, hamsters, reptiles and other companions. Natural variations in leather grain, color, carving depth and painted details are part of each piece.

Preview and Handmade Timing

A layout preview is prepared within 1–2 days. After approval, production usually takes 4–5 weeks. Complex subjects and peak periods may require 5–6 weeks; shipping time is additional.

Care

Keep the leather dry and avoid rain, high humidity, perfume, alcohol, oils and harsh cleaners. Do not bend, pull or scratch the portrait. Remove light dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it away from direct heat and sunlight when not in use.

Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 4–5 weeks during regular seasons and 5–6 weeks during peak seasons before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Complex requests, changes to the original photo, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.
