One Head
Provides the most room for eyes, expression, fur, feathers, scales and distinctive facial markings.
Two Heads
Places two pets together in one oval keepsake. Some fine details may be simplified to fit the shared portrait area. Upload a clear image of each pet and identify the preferred placement.
One Half Body
Includes the head plus part of the chest, front legs, clothing or another important pose detail, depending on the supplied photo.
How Your Keepsake Is Made
- Select the portrait layout and upload a clear pet photo.
- Add notes about important colors, markings, expression or accessories.
- Receive a digital preview by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Approve the preview or request changes within 48 hours. If no reply is received, the preview may be treated as approved to keep the order on schedule.
- After approval, the portrait moves through hand carving, shaping, painting, stitching, edge finishing and hardware assembly.
Handmade production normally takes approximately 3–4 weeks after approval and may take 5–6 weeks during peak periods or for complex designs. Shipping time is additional.
Photo Guidelines
Upload a sharp, well-lit original photo with the eyes, ears, nose and important markings clearly visible. Front-facing or slightly angled portraits usually provide the best reference. For a half-body design, include every body part or accessory you want carved.
Avoid blur, darkness, heavy filters, distant subjects, blocked faces and screenshots from low-resolution videos. Extra photos may help document unusual eye color, fur patterns, feathers, scales or markings.
What Handmade Means
Each portrait is an artisan interpretation of your reference photo, not a photographic copy. Natural leather grain and variations in color, carving depth, brushwork, stitching and edges are normal and make every piece unique.
Your purchase includes the finished oval portrait charm and its specified attachment hardware. Handbags, keys, display stands and other styling props shown in photos are not included.
Leather Care
- Keep dry and away from rain, high humidity, perfume, alcohol, oils, ink and harsh cleaners.
- Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not soak, rinse, scrub or wipe with wet cloths.
- Avoid heavy pulling, bending, scratching, crushing and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Store in a dry place when not in use.
