A Holiday Keepsake Made One at a Time

An artisan cuts, layers, stitches, shapes and paints every leather component by hand. The portrait’s raised dimension comes from patient relief work rather than a flat photo print, 3D printer or ready-made plastic face. Individual grain, brushwork and depth make each ornament its own.

Designed for More Than December

Hang it among the lights during the holidays, then move it to keys, a handbag or a backpack for the rest of the year. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, chinchillas and other companion animals are welcome.

Planning Your Order

A preview is normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Once you approve it, the studio needs about 4–5 weeks to complete the piece. Highly detailed subjects and the holiday rush can extend this to roughly 5–6 weeks. Add shipping time and leave a comfortable margin before your celebration.

Care

Protect the leather from moisture, perfume, oils, alcohol, cleaning chemicals and strong sunlight. Do not fold the ornament or scrape its sculpted surface. Lift away light dust with a clean, dry cloth.

After placing your order, upload a clear photo and include any important notes about your pet’s markings, expression, colors, or other details. Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 4–5 weeks during regular seasons and 5–6 weeks during peak seasons before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Complex requests, changes to the original photo, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

Upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo showing your pet’s face, eyes, ears, and important markings. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, strong shadows, and cropped features. Additional angles may help with sculpted or three-dimensional products.

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.

The first preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days, while a small number of products may require 2–3 business days. Please follow the timeline shown on the individual product page.

You may request revisions before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview; otherwise, it will be considered automatically approved and production may begin.

Before preview approval, you may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

After preview approval, or automatic approval after 48 hours, cancellations requested before shipment are subject to a 25% production fee.

After shipment, custom products that match the approved preview are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved preview, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
