No powered lighting is needed for the physical depth. Soft daylight or a nearby room lamp helps reveal the transparent layers and shadows. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

How can I remove dust or fingerprints safely?

Wipe accessible acrylic surfaces gently with a clean, dry, ultra-soft microfiber cloth, avoiding painted details. Do not scrub, take the layers apart or use alcohol, glass cleaners, wet wipes or paper towels. Keep the display dry to protect its finish.

After placing your order, upload a clear photo and include any important notes about your pet’s markings, expression, colors, or other details. Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 4–5 weeks during regular seasons and 5–6 weeks during peak seasons before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Complex requests, changes to the original photo, or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.

The first preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days, while a small number of products may require 2–3 business days. Please follow the timeline shown on the individual product page.

You may request revisions before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview; otherwise, it will be considered automatically approved and production may begin.

Before preview approval, you may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

After preview approval, or automatic approval after 48 hours, cancellations requested before shipment are subject to a 25% production fee.

After shipment, custom products that match the approved preview are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference.
