Celebrate the people and pets who make home feel like home with a custom family and pet acrylic Christmas ornament. We use your photos to create a personalized family portrait, arrange everyone in a cozy Christmas fireplace scene, and print the finished artwork onto a transparent house-shaped acrylic ornament.

The default design has a warm, hand-drawn illustration style. The artwork is then color-printed onto acrylic; the ornament itself is not individually hand-painted.

Printing and Transparency

The completed portrait is printed in full color on transparent acrylic. Only the artwork, names and decorative elements receive color; areas without printing stay clear, allowing Christmas lights and the background to remain visible through the ornament.

The design is printed for viewing on both sides. The reverse side mirrors the front composition and is not a second independent design. Color and transparency can look slightly different depending on lighting and the background behind the ornament.

Receive Design Preview: We will prepare a digital preview and email it to you within 1–2 business days.
Request Changes: Review the expression, markings, and composition. You can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Approve & Ship: Once you approve the preview, we proceed with production. Your custom keepsake will be crafted and shipped within 1–2 weeks.

Photo Guidelines

Upload sharp, well-lit photos showing the full head, hair, ears and body details needed for the design. Front or three-quarter views work best. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, strong shadows, motion blur, cropped heads, covered faces and very small subjects in group photos. Separate original photos usually provide more usable detail than one distant group picture.

Handle the acrylic by the edges and wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, sharp objects, excessive pressure and prolonged moisture. Store flat in protective packaging after the holidays to reduce scratching.

Is the ornament painted by hand?

The portrait is designed in a hand-drawn illustration style from your photos, then printed in color onto the acrylic. It is not hand-painted directly on the ornament.

Can I request a non-illustrated design?

Yes. The illustrated style is the default, so write your alternative preference clearly in the order notes.

Can I include both people and pets?

Yes. Upload and label a clear photo for every person and pet. Available subject limits depend on the product option selected.

Are the clear areas printed white?

No. Areas without artwork remain transparent, so the background can show through.

Are the two sides different?

No. The reverse uses the mirrored version of the front design rather than separate artwork.

After placing your order, upload a clear photo and complete all personalization details. Your first design preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days. You may request revisions before approving the preview. After preview approval, production typically takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Delayed photo submission, incomplete customization details, or delayed approval will extend the timeline.

No. We also welcome rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. For unusual pets, additional photos and notes about their important features may be helpful. Available customization depends on the product.

The first preview is usually sent within 1–2 business days, while a small number of products may require 2–3 business days. Please follow the timeline shown on the individual product page.

You may request revisions before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview; otherwise, it will be considered automatically approved and production may begin.

Before preview approval, you may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

After preview approval, or automatic approval after 48 hours, cancellations requested before shipment are subject to a 25% production fee.

After shipment, custom products that match the approved preview are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved preview, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
