A Photo with a New Dimension

We create a digital model from your photo, then print the artwork with a strongly defined relief surface. Raised details give the portrait depth and texture beyond a flat photo print. This is digitally modeled and printed artwork, rather than a hand-carved or hand-painted portrait.

A frame is included. The examples show pet portraits within detailed settings; tell us which features and surroundings matter to you so they can be considered in the preview. For a group portrait, contact us before ordering to confirm the layout and any additional cost.

Your Preview and Approval

1. Select your frame and send a clear pet photo, your design notes and a working email address.
2. We prepare a preview within 1–2 days and email it to you. This is the preview timeframe, not the production or delivery time.
3. Review the expression, markings and composition. You may request unlimited revisions during the preview stage, before production.
4. Once you approve the preview, we proceed with production.

Please reply within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If we receive no reply within that period, we will produce the artwork according to the emailed preview to avoid delaying your order. Reply within the window if you want changes, and check your spam folder.

From Screen to Finished Artwork

Use a sharp, well-lit photo with important features visible. Tell us which expression or markings you especially want retained. If your only photograph is old or blurry, contact us before ordering so we can assess it.

A digital preview cannot show physical relief exactly. Equipment settings and screen displays can cause slight differences in color and fine detail between the preview and each finished piece. Minor variations are normal. If the result appears substantially different, contact us with photos so we can review it.

How do I choose a photo that will mean something to the recipient?

Look for an expression they recognize instantly: the pet waiting by the door, resting in a favorite spot or looking up at them. A photograph they return to often may mean more than the most polished picture. Add a note telling us which small details make that moment theirs.

Is it too soon to give this to someone who has lost a pet?

Let them set the timing. A portrait may feel welcome to one person and too immediate to another. You can ask gently whether they would like a keepsake and let them choose the photo when they are ready. The gift should leave room for their feelings, without expecting them to display it straight away.

What can I say when I give it without trying to fix their sadness?

Keep it simple: “I remember how much they mean to you.” If you have a memory of their pet, share that too. You do not need to find a lesson or offer reassurance that everything will be fine. Remembering their companion with them can be the message.

What if I want the gift to feel joyful rather than like a memorial?

Choose a lively expression or a scene connected to a happy routine. The design can celebrate the personality they love without dates or memorial wording. It can be about the life they share now, or the happy moments they still want to see.

How can I give something personal without imposing on their home?

Consider the colors they already enjoy and the space they have. If you are unsure, involve them in choosing the frame while keeping the portrait a surprise. Let them know there is no expectation about where or when they display it.
