3. Receive a preview within 1–2 working days.
4. Reply within 48 hours with approval or revision requests based on the original photo.
5. Production begins after approval. If no reply is received, the design may proceed after the approval window.

Unlimited revisions are available before shipment when they are based on the original photo. Revisions are no longer possible after shipment or after the approval period has expired.

Custom production takes approximately 3–4 weeks in the off-season and 5–6 weeks during peak periods before dispatch. Standard shipping is estimated at 7–15 business days; FedEx/DHL Express is estimated at 3–7 business days.
