Photo Guidelines

Upload the original photo whenever possible. Choose a sharp, well-lit image with the full face, hair, ears and desired body parts visible. For a full-body pillow, include the complete subject from head to feet or paws, including the tail if you want it shown.

Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, strong shadows, cropped ears or feet and very small files. A simple background helps, but it is not required. Identify the exact person or animal to use if other subjects appear in the photo.

Proof and Print Expectations

Review the emailed proof carefully for the subject, outline, crop, orientation and removed background. Production begins after approval, and changes requested afterward may not be possible.

Screen settings and plush texture can make printed colors and fine details look slightly different from the digital proof. Finished dimensions and outline may vary slightly because every pillow follows a different photo.
