Your Pet, Your Colors

We draw your pet's portrait on a computer from your photo, then print the artwork onto the pajamas. Choose the garment colors and replace the sample pet portraits with your own companion.

Colors and pet portraits can be personalized; the garment style cannot be changed. The collar, sleeves, cut, closures and overall construction remain as shown in the selected design. Customization does not include made-to-measure tailoring.

Preview, Revisions and Production

1. Select your design and size, then send your pet photo, color preferences and a working email address.
2. We prepare a preview within 1–2 days and email it to you. This is the preview timeframe, not the production or delivery time.
3. Check the portrait, colors and layout. You may request unlimited revisions during the preview stage, before production; revisions apply to the permitted personalization, not the garment style.
4. Once you approve the preview, we proceed with production.

Please reply within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If we receive no reply within that period, we will produce the pajamas according to the emailed preview to avoid delaying your order. Reply within the window if you want changes, and check your spam folder.

Photo and Finished-Product Notes

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face and distinctive markings visible. Tell us which expression or detail you especially want retained.

Equipment settings and screen displays can cause slight differences in color and fine detail between the preview and each finished set. Minor variations are normal. If something looks substantially different, contact us with photos so we can review it.

Care

Follow the garment's care label for washing and drying. Avoid bleach and ironing over the printed design. Keep the fabric away from sharp objects that could catch the pile.
