Design Preview Before Printing

After complete customization details are received, a design preview is prepared within 1–2 business days and sent to the email address on the order. Please check the photo, pattern, spelling and layout carefully.

Production begins only after you approve the preview. A delayed reply will delay production, so remember to check both your inbox and spam folder.

Photo Guidelines

For the cleanest result, upload a sharp, well-lit original photo taken from the front or a slight angle. Keep the full face, head, hair and pet ears visible. Avoid screenshots, beauty filters, motion blur, heavy shadows, very small files and photos cropped tightly around the subject. Background removal and pattern placement may require some cropping.

Size and Fit

The shirt has a loose unisex fit and non-stretch construction. Compare the finished garment measurements below with a similar shirt you already own. Measurements are approximate.

Care Instructions

• Fasten the buttons and turn the shirt inside out before washing.
• Machine wash in cold water at or below 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle.
• Wash separately for the first wash, then wash with similar colors using a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach, scrub the printed surface or soak for long periods.
• Hang drying is recommended. If using a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.
• Iron inside out on low heat and never iron directly over the print.

Because this is an all-over printed garment, slight color release may occur, especially during the first few washes. This is normal for printed clothing. Cold water, gentle washing and avoiding friction, prolonged soaking and high heat will help preserve the colors.
