Photo Guidelines

Upload sharp, well-lit original photos with the full head, hair and pet ears visible. Front-facing or slightly angled portraits work best. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, strong shadows, tiny files and faces covered by hands or accessories. For two-face socks, upload two separate files and identify each subject in the notes.

The background will be removed and the face will be cropped to suit the chosen pattern. Face size, spacing and exact placement may vary slightly as the design is fitted to the sock shape.

Proof Before Printing

A design proof is provided before production. Review it carefully and request any necessary correction before approving it. Production begins only after approval, so delayed feedback will delay the order.

• Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
• Do not tumble dry; air dry away from direct heat.
