Choose a photo that makes you smile at the start of the morning, on the drive home or at a busy desk. It is a useful, personal gift for pet parents, friends and family members who carry their favorite memories with them.

Designed from Your Photo

Send your photo and design notes, and we prepare a custom digital layout before printing. Colors, patterns, people and pets can be incorporated into the design when they are confirmed in your preview.

For the clearest result, upload a well-lit, high-resolution photo with faces or defining pet features unobstructed. Include names, colors or layout preferences in your notes. If you are unsure whether a photo will work, contact us before ordering.

  • Approximate cup dimensions: 9.8 in tall; 4.0 in across the top; 2.95 in across the base; straw approximately 11.8 in long

Measurements are approximate and refer to the cup shown. This product is designed for drinkware use; no leak-resistance, temperature-retention duration, dishwasher safety or car-cup-holder fit is promised unless separately verified.

Your Preview Comes Before Printing

  1. Choose the available cup and design options, upload your photo and leave design notes.
  2. We create a preview within 1–2 days and email it to you. This is the design-preview timeframe, not the production or delivery time.
  3. Review the photo placement, colors, text and other details. You may request unlimited revisions during the preview stage, before production begins.
  4. Once you approve the preview, we print your custom tumbler.

Please reply within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If we receive no reply within that period, we will proceed with production according to the emailed preview to avoid delaying your order. Check your spam folder and send any revisions within that window.
