Maintenance and Precautions

Avoid contact with corrosive liquids: Do not use alcohol, disinfectants or strong irritating solvents to wipe the brooch. Such items will remove the natural oils from the leather and also dissolve the hand-painted pigments of the portrait. Prevention of stains: Keep the surface of the brooch away from ink, ballpoint pens, paints and oily substances. High-grade leather has a porous nature, and once stained by these substances, they are likely to remain permanently and cannot be removed.

1.Preview Phase: After you place an order, our artisans will create a preview effect within 1-2 working days. We will then send the finished product preview images for your confirmation.
2.48-Hour Approval Window: Please reply within 48 hours with any feedback or modification suggestions. If we do not receive a response after 48 hours, we will assume you are satisfied with the effect and proceed with final production and shipment. This measure helps ensure the timely delivery of orders.
3.Unlimited Revisions: We provide unlimited modification services before shipment based on the original photos you provide. Once the goods are shipped or the approval period has expired, further modifications will not be possible.
4.Production Timelines: During the off-season, production takes approximately 3-4 weeks before dispatch. During peak seasons, this is extended to 5-6 weeks.Excluding special customization.
