One Full Body

Gives one pet the most space for its pose, face, paws, tail, fur, feathers, scales, clothing and recognizable markings.

Two Full Bodies

Places two pets together in one freeform composition. Details may be simplified to fit the shared area. Upload a clear full-body photo of each pet and state the preferred placement and relative size.

How to Customize

1. Select One Full Body or Two Full Bodies.
2. Upload a clear full-body photo and any additional reference images.
3. Add notes about the pose, markings, outfit or accessories that matter most.
4. Receive a digital preview by email, usually within 1–2 working days.
5. Approve the preview or request changes within 48 hours. If no reply is received, the preview may be treated as approved to keep the order on schedule.
6. After approval, the portrait moves through carving, shaping, painting, stitching, edge finishing and hardware assembly.

Handmade production normally takes approximately 3–4 weeks after approval and may take 5–6 weeks during peak periods or for complex designs. Shipping time is additional.

Full-Body Photo Guidelines

Upload a sharp, well-lit original photo showing the complete pose, including the ears, paws, legs and tail you want represented. A simple, contrasting background helps define the outline. For clothing, toys or other accessories, make sure every important section is visible.

Avoid cropped paws or tails, blur, darkness, heavy filters, blocked body parts, distant subjects and low-resolution video screenshots. For two pets, separate clear photos are acceptable; add placement notes so they can be composed together.

Handmade Character & What Is Included

Each piece is an artisan interpretation rather than a photographic or pixel-perfect cutout. Natural variations in leather grain, color, carving depth, brushwork, stitching, contour and edges make every charm unique.

Your order includes one portrait charm and the attachment hardware stated for the selected option. Names, flowers, decorative backgrounds, wrist straps, bell accessories, bags, keys and display props shown in photos are not included unless your option explicitly says so.
