This is an unfinished DIY craft kit—not a completed portrait or printed photograph. The no-sew fabric-tucking process gives every finished piece raised texture, visible fabric patterns and a one-of-a-kind character shaped by the maker.

Fabric colors and patterns are selected to interpret the uploaded photo. They are not individually chosen from every fabric pictured, and the exact assortment may vary with the subject and available materials.

How It Works

1. Choose the square or rectangular kit.
2. Upload a clear photo of a pet or person.
3. Add notes about markings, eye color, expression, clothing or features that matter most.
4. Your photo is adapted into a simplified segment design and matched with a coordinated fabric palette.
5. Receive the customized physical kit and follow the included instructions to place and tuck the fabric sections.
6. Fit your completed fabric portrait into the supplied wooden frame.

Photo Guidelines

Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the face and key features fully visible. Front-facing or slightly angled portraits with a simple background work best. Avoid blur, heavy filters, screenshots, distant subjects and images with cropped ears, hair or facial features.

The design is an artistic fabric interpretation. Fine hairs, tiny patterns and complex backgrounds may be simplified so the portrait can be completed with fabric sections. Confirm subject-count limits before ordering a group portrait.

• Work on a stable, well-lit surface with an appropriate protective cutting mat.

Care for the Finished Portrait

• Display indoors away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and open flame.
• Dust gently with a soft, clean brush; do not wash, soak or spray the fabric.
• Handle the portrait by the wooden frame instead of pulling the raised fabric sections.

Does this require sewing?

No sewing is shown. The design uses a fabric-tucking technique, but careful cutting and tool handling are required.

Can you design a person as well as a pet?

Yes. The supplied examples include dogs, cats, rabbits, small pets and people. Ask before ordering if your photo contains multiple subjects or unusually complex details.

Will the fabric match my photo exactly?

No. Fabrics are selected to interpret the photo, and available colors, prints and textures vary. The finished portrait will have a stylized patchwork appearance rather than photographic realism.
