Choose Your Portrait Layout

One Head

Uses the portrait area for facial expression, eyes, fur, feathers, scales and distinctive markings.

Two Heads

Places two pets together in one frame. Fine details may be simplified to fit the shared area. Upload a clear photo of each pet and state the preferred left/right placement.

One Half Body

Includes the head plus part of the chest, front legs, clothing or another important pose detail, depending on the reference photo.

How It Is Made

1. Select a layout, upload a clear photo and add notes about important details.
2. Receive the initial design preview by email within approximately 48 hours.
3. Confirm the preview or request edits before hand carving begins.
4. Carving-, painting- and assembly-stage photos are emailed for approval as the work progresses.
5. The finished portrait is stitched, edge-finished and assembled with its specified hardware.

Making time is approximately 4 weeks off-peak and 6 weeks during peak season. Complex or two-pet portraits may take longer. Shipping time is additional.

Photo Guidelines

Upload a sharp, well-lit original photo showing the eyes, ears, nose and important markings. Front-facing or slightly angled photos usually work best. For a half-body design, include every body part or accessory you want represented.

Avoid blur, darkness, heavy filters, distant subjects, blocked faces and low-resolution video screenshots. Extra photos may help document unusual eye color, fur patterns, feathers or scales.

Handmade Character & What Is Included

Every piece is an artisan interpretation rather than a photographic copy. Variations in leather grain, color, carving depth, brushwork, stitching and edges are natural signs of handmade work.

Your order includes one portrait charm and the attachment hardware stated for the selected option. Lower paw or bird charms, leather straps, bags, keys, display props and other accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included unless your option explicitly says so.

Leather Care

• Keep dry and away from rain, high humidity, perfume, alcohol, oils, ink and harsh cleaners.
• Remove dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not soak, rinse, scrub or wipe with a wet cloth.
• Avoid heavy pulling, bending, scratching, crushing and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Store in a dry place when not in use.
