Submit each name in the order you want it considered for the design. Identify which names belong to pets so paw-print details can be added in the displayed style. Include the exact holiday message, family phrase or year you want printed.

Custom Photo

If you do not want the names layout, request a photo design and upload a clear, high-resolution image. The photo will be adapted to the Christmas-tree-shaped printing area. Use the order notes to provide any essential layout instructions.

Transparent Acrylic and Single-Sided Printing

• Material: Clear acrylic

• Clear effect: Areas without artwork remain transparent
• Sizes: 4.72 in / 12 cm, 5.91 in / 15 cm and 7.87 in / 20 cm

Because the ornament is transparent, Christmas lights and the background remain visible through the clear areas. The artwork may also be visible in reverse through the back, but the reverse is not separately printed.

How to Order

1. Select a size and choose the Names or Custom Photo design.
2. For Names, enter every member and pet name with exact spelling, then add your message and year.
3. For a Photo, upload a clear original image and describe any important requests.
4. Check that your checkout email address is correct.
5. Review the emailed design preview and reply with approval or requested corrections.

Design Preview and Approval

We prepare a preview within 1–2 days after receiving complete customization information and send it to the email address used for the order. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Your ornament will not enter production until you confirm the preview. A delayed reply will delay production and the estimated delivery schedule, so review every name, spelling, photo, message and year carefully.

Photo Guidelines

For photo customization, upload a sharp, well-lit original with the important subjects fully visible. Avoid screenshots, strong filters, motion blur, heavy shadows, low-resolution files and faces cropped near the image edge. The tree shape may require some background cropping.

Choosing a Size

• 4.72 in / 12 cm: A compact tree ornament best suited to a shorter names list or simple photo.
• 5.91 in / 15 cm: A balanced mid-size option for added name visibility.
• 7.87 in / 20 cm: The largest option for longer names lists, larger trees or display areas.

Text size and spacing vary with the number and length of names. Longer lists may appear smaller, so verify the preview before approval.

Care Instructions

Handle the acrylic by the edges and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, sharp objects, excessive pressure and prolonged moisture. Store flat in protective packaging after the holidays to help reduce scratches.
